Tell me the fondest memory you have of your mom.

(silence, and a little emotional charged chagrin)

Okay, let me ask you something easier ...

If you had to give advice to a large group of people, what would you say ?

" If there's something you want to do, don't wait for tomorrow !
Life is short !
Do it right now ! Don't wait until your older. "

My hair ? It's somewhat blond, wouldn't you say ?

I don't remember my father having anything but white hair.

I started getting grey at age 37.
Incidentally it was the year I became school principal.

10 digit dialing

The 902 area code is reaching capacity and thus, the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will be introducing a new one this fall - 782.

The Twat

I sent a text to son #1 the other day. It was after his last exam. He was in town with a couple friends.

Hey ! How was the twat ?

He answered :  LOL  LOL  LOL

I noticed what spell check had wrote and replied :  Lol, I meant test.

He replied: LOL and it was good.

I waited a few minutes, still sort of grinning over the text. I decided to ask him a question: " When I was young, twat was a slang word used for female private parts. Is it still ?"

He repiled: Yes ! what do you think I was LoL-ing about !
And my friends LoL'ed when I told them "I just got a text from my mom asking me how my twat was ??"

Sex in the bath tub

A few things to remember to make tub time with your partner a memorable one....

  • start with water temp just a bit more than comfortable. When you are done making love, it will be just right
  • have everything you need close by
  • create a sexy atmosphere. Music, candles ....  bubbles, or bath salts
  • scrub and caress
  • relax, kiss
  • make love
watch the water level, as there could be some distracting, and moisture diluting, splashing around.

If you could give advice to a large group of people , what would you say ?

( he chuckles)

Hard question eh ?

( he chuckles )

" I dunno. I'd have to think about it. "

Permanent Marker

How do you get rid  of permanent marker?
Use a dry erase marker !
Mark on top of the permanent marker, and wipe immediately.
We use this trick at work all the time.

My Nova Scotia Neighborhood

There was a Hallowe'en party a couple was supposed to attend.
The wife, not feeling good, insisted the husband go without her.
So dressed in a unique costume, he went.

After awhile, she got feeling better, and decided to put a costume on, and go see if her husband was behaving.
She took only a second to spot him, flirting with all the women.
She approached him, and her flirted with her too.
She asked him if he wanted to join her in the backseat of her car.
And he did, and they had wild sex without revealing their faces.
Afterwards, she decided to rush home, and await his return.

When her husband came in, she asked how the party was.
" Well he said", I didn't really feel like going without you, so I went to Dave's and we had a quiet game of cards. I lent the costume to Fred, and according to him, the party was super!"

"Yes, I like working the seniors.
This is my first event, and it's going good !
Seniors are easy to talk to.

Have they taught me anything, you ask ?

Probably patience."

Sexual Role Playing

Role playing will add a sense of excitement and spice to a sex life, if both are on board.
Is it common ?
According to one survey I read about; 20% have had the experience.

What are the top 5 role playing scenarios? from best to worst..

1. Cops and Robbers ...  catching a robber, and keeping him hostage.
2. Teacher and student  ....  lots of power, control, and rebellion
3. Fitness instructor ... with tight clothing, sweat, a bit of rubbing sore muscles and calves
4. Photographer and model

5. Real estate agent lady, guiding the man through the house with her clip board and tight blouse.

Cooking potatoes

Do they spit and sputter when boiling them?
And a bit of butter to your water, and they won't.

Bon projet pour Harry

Cleaning is fun. Really ?

We had a good chat about housework the other day, when a friend's housekeeper broke her foot.
Trying to ease her sorrow, we were giving her encouragement. Telling her how fun cleaning can be. LoL !
We suggested a variety of things...

  • lighting a candle/ creating ambience
  • filling a bucket of water with avon bubble bath to clean gets me going
  • playing music
  • watching HGTV
  • watching hoarders

I actually came across a couple ideas online.....

  • use a timer ( I haven't actually set a timer, but I will sometimes devote a set amount of time , like I have 40 minutes before Coronation street, to tackle a cleaning chore)
  • sip a glass of wine, or a favorite hot beverage
  • tackle the biggest job first
  • talk on the phone
  • reward yourself afterwards
  • think of it as burning calories
  • not sure where to start ...  list the chores, and cut them. Draw one at a time.
Do you have any tips to share ?

Natural Mosquito repellant

Forget using the lime for your gin and tonic...  poke cloves in it and use it to repel mosquitoes.
I may try this :)

It all started when Tusket Ford had two bicycles.
Notice my bike has a "Ford" label on it?
One was being offered as a prize, and the other was for sale, so I bought it.
It's been probably 10 years now.
I hadn't rode a bicycle in over 40 years.

Why do I ride?
You know, I simply really like it.
